Even according to the petitioners' case, they do not figure anywhere in the top of the list in the manner in which marks have been awarded on the educational qualification as well as other criteria laid down for such selection on contract basis.
2. Since there were limited number of posts on which engagement was required to be done, not every body who came to be shortlisted for engagement as Executive Assistant in the year 2013, is required to be appointed

3. Writ application is a fishing kind of writ, filed without substantiating any wrong doing which establishes any arbitrariness in such selection.
