JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has criminal antecedents of altogether five criminal cases as has been stated in paragraph no.3 of the present bail application.

In the present case, the petitioner has been found to be involved in lifting the motorcycle.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also the petitioner having criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner,
