Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kumarkhand (Belari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 385, 506, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute involved between the parties is civil in nature. No specific assertion has been made by the informant as to for which plot the petitioner has fraudulently executed the sale deed. It is further submitted

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand (Belari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
