The petitioner has been in custody since 16.06.2017 in connection with Kotwa (Bhopatpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 364, 354B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and also on consideration of the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
