2. The petitioner has remedy against punishment order dated 10.08.2018 bearing memo no. 809 (Annexure 11).

3. The petitioner's grievance is that filing appeal on 13.04.2022 has not yielded any result till date, as no final order has been passed on the petitioner's appeal.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the appeal has not been disposed of till date, then, the same shall be done expeditiously and without any undue delay.

5. Considering the rival submissions and since no
