====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 27-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for the respondent- State.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that for redressing his grievances he had already made a representation before the respondent no. 03 vide Annexure - P/1, P/2 & P/3 dated 28.10.2022, 26.12.2022 and 25.01.2025 respectively but, no decision has been taken by the concerned respondent. Therefore, he prays that the petition may be disposed of directing the respondent no. 03 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Madhubani to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within any stipulated period fixed by this Court.

3. The prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent - State.

4. Considering the above submission made by counsels for both the parties, the petition is disposed of, respondent no. 3 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner vide Annexure - P/1, P/2 & P/3 dated 28.10.2022, 26.12.2022 and 21.01.2025 and pass a reasoned order in accordance with relevant rules and laws as early as possible probably within 60 days from the receipt of this Order.
