On perusal of the aforesaid report, it appears that the case was committed on 28.04.2014 and charges in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11620 of 2015(3) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 case was framed on 17.11.2016. The case is running at the stage of evidence for the prosecution.

At this stage, this Court would not be inclined to entertain this petition.

The petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioners to contest the case in the trial. The dismissal of this petition shall not be read to the prejudice of the petitioners.
