In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. In the present case, an allegation has been made against the two persons of committed robbery. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent of altogether five criminal cases over his head and, by and large, all are of the same nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11073 of 2020(4) dt.26-08-2020 2/2 case as also the petitioner having criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of 1.5 years of his judicial custody.
