====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bangara P. S. Case No.117 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 188, 419, 420, 171 of the I.P.C., Sections 25(1-b)a, 20, 26, 30 of the Arms Act and Sections 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From bare perusal of the F.I.R., it would manifest that two vehicles were stopped and on search a total of 12.6 litres of IMFL as also a revolver besides other articles were seized from the possession of the accused persons.

No.22895 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 Learned senior counsel submits that from the possession of these petitioners, nothing incriminating articles have been recovered from their possession. So far as the revolver is concerned, the same is a licensed revolver which would be evident from the contents of the F.I.R. itself and that was recovered from Awadhesh Kumar. The petitioners are persons with clean antecedents and languishing in jail since 08.10.2020 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The aforesaid Awadhesh Kumar @ Avdesh Kumar has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4466 of 2021 Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise-cum-Additional District Judge-II, Samastipur in connection with Bangara P. S. Case No.117 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
