2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 376, 341, 323, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. In this case, petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of filing supplementary affidavit, submits that in this case, charge has been framed on 29.08.2025.

5. Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
