The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There is recovery of 100 litres of country made liquor from a scooty. The petitioner is owner of the alleged seized scooty.

Considering the fact that petitioner is owner of the seized scooty from which huge quantity of country made liquor was recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
