In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 467, 468, 409, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made in the first information report that the huge amount was withdrawn by the Head master with the connivance of the petitioner, but the letter of the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi shows that the money that was withdrawn, has already been deposited and both the persons have been put to departmental proceeding.

As the money has been deposited, in the event of
