In this case, the petitioners want Gram Panchayat Bhawan to be constructed on a particular site whereas, the Government has decided to construct the same on another site. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioners have no legal right to demand for construction of a Gram Panchayat Bhawan on a particular site.

This writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
