JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard Mr. Ranjit Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Asit Kumar Jha, learned A.C. to G.P.-2. The petitioner is under suspension and while he prays for acceptance of his joining, a prayer is also made for payment for subsistence allowance.

Mr. Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for the present the limited prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of appropriate direction to the authority concerned for payment of subsistence allowance. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited grievance raised by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.4 i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4127 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai to consider the grievance of the petitioner regarding non-payment of subsistence allowance from the date of his suspension and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
