Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 353, 337, 338, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner and others is that they created hindrance in discharging the officials duties of the police.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23068 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault on the police officials. The petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 179 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
