JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2016 Sri Gyanand Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that the present petition was filed against the order of rejection of discharge petition, whereas during pendency of the present petition, charge has already been framed and trial commenced. He submits that the present petition may be disposed of with an observation that the trial court may proceed with the case expeditiously.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of with expectation that the learned court below may proceed with the case expeditiously so that the case may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay.
