Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 342, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.
Accusation is of catching hold of the informant and making assault and causing injury.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that specific accusation of assault is against Kailash Mahto and Teja Rajak. Petitioner has also filed a case against the informant.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court
