The petitioner has been in custody since 09.05.2018 in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 341/504/323/307/376(D) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.07.2018 on the basis of the fact that the petitioner was named in the First Information Report. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the changed circumstances as one of the co-accused persons namely Rakesh Kumar has since been extended the privilege of bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 945 of 2019 vide order dated 01.02.2019,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15214 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 the petitioner may also be extended the privilege of bail. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the period of custody and also that similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Rakesh Kumar has since been extended the privilege of bail by this Court, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vth Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018.
