Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baligaon P. S. Case No.58 of 2009 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the petitioner jumped bail on 05.05.2018 when one Dr. U.P. Verma was present to depose in support of prosecution case. However, petitioner surrendered before the Court below on 23.01.2020 and since then, he is languishing in jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties particularly

No.12860 of 2020(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 keeping in mind that petitioner has sufficiently been punished by remaining in custody for such a long period, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sessions Trial No.457 of 2014 arising out of Baligaon P. S. Case No.58 of 2009.
