Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barouni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered under Sections413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner has been implicated in this case merely because he is brother of Dinesh Paswan, owner of the house from where recovery has been made. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.05.2017.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
