Patna High Court CWJC No.3750 of 2022(3) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 filed in the present writ petition that the sale deeds in question have already stood executed on 25.03.2017 and 10.01.2018, respectively.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition be disposed off, reserving liberty unto the petitioners to approach this Court in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
