JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.484 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner made a call on the mobile of the informant's wife, abused her and when the informant rang back then the petitioner also abused him and asked him to come to a place and thereafter took one sharp cutting instrument 'Rukhali' from a carpenters shop and assaulted him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant were playing cards and in that process, they quarreled and the injury on the person of the informant is

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.484 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
