05-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 1081 of 2019 (G.R. No. 4097 of 2019) registered for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 379, 411, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that earlier from the petitioners' side, a case, vide Araria SC/ST P.S. case No. 157 of 2019, was lodged against informant and the present case is counter blast on false allegation of committing theft of paddy by petitioners from his field, whereas, nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13299 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 1081 of 2019 (G.R. No. 4097 of 2019), subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
