The petitioner is accused in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 344 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The accusation is that in course of raid of the house of the petitioner, 116 bottles each containing 180 ml. Indian made foreign liquor were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.12.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7446 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise ) Buxar, in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.
