KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 366, 363 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is allegation of kidnapping wife of informant by petitioner along with other accused persons. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim in his statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has not taken the name of any accused. Petitioner is in custody since 9.3.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial
