JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 364 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The FIR was lodged against co-accused Shankar.

Allegation is of commission of abduction to the son of the informant. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner has got no such type of criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8066 of 2018 (2) dt.09-02-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No.310 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
