JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. 36C2 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2020. Approximately 8 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the nature of the recovery and the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
