ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in K.Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No.762 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 365 and 494/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant has lodged the present case regarding kidnapping of her husband, namely, Vinod Yadav. The allegations are against the second wife, son and daughter of second wife as well as son-inlaw of the second wife of the alleged victim, Vinod Yadav who is said to be the husband of the informant also.

No.10067 of 2016 (3) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 On considering the peculiar nature of allegation against the petitioner and that they are all part of the same family and further since the entire allegations are based on mere suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Purnea, in K.Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No.762/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
