2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 11-07-2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 25052 of 2024 but the petitioner's case is exactly on similar footing to that of co-accused Ajay Kumar and Vikash Kumar who have been granted bail.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
