It is jointly submitted on behalf of the parties that the question involved in these writ petitions are identical and they can be disposed of by a common order. Accordingly, the parties have been heard and the matters are being disposed of by the present order granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Registrar, LNM University, Darbhanga by filing a detailed representation regarding their retiral dues or arrears of salary etc. along with a copy of this order. In case such representations are filed, let the Registrar examine

4 / 4 the same and ensure payment of admissible dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. This is made clear that in case of failure on part of the University to pay the admissible dues of the petitioners, the petitioners would be liable for payment of simple interest @ 10% per annum on the unpaid admissible amount to be calculated from the date the same became due till the date of its final payment.
