Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is snatching of one lakh rupees from the informant and trying to flee away but caught at the spot.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession

No.13897 of 2022(2) dt.18-08-2022 2/2 of the petitioner and he has been caught by the mob without any identification and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2021, has antecedent of two cases and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfation of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhratharhi P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021.
