This is a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act in connection with Barauni (Gadhara) P.S. Case No. 101/2017.

It has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation is with respect to recovery of three live cartridges from the shop of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is physically disabled and suffers 65% handicapped. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case only because on 22.02.2017 he had lodged informatory petition making some allegation against the present Officer-in-Charge of Gadhara (Barauni) P.S.
