2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 782/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. The petitioner being the husband of the deceased is said to have killed his wife. The body has not been found.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 03.11.2023.

5. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. It is accordingly dismissed.
