JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21929 of 2014 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Halshi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai. The order dated 07.08.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted on filing of the affidavit that after the order dated 07.08.2014 he

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10494 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 has not been made accused in any other case and if he has been made accused in any other case, then the petitioner will surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned court below.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
