The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a)(f) of the Excise Act.

Recovery is of 150 liters of country made liquor from the alleged place of manufacturing. One Ram Kishun Ram was apprehended but Kamaldeo Mahto including this petitioner escaped from the scene. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was neither apprehended on the place of seizure nor place of seizure belongs to the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds of prayer for regular bail if the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8689 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2 / 2 surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 243 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Saran, Chapra.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
