The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 188 of the I.P.C. and Section 15 of Environment Protection Act. FIR shows that huge quantity of carry bags have been seized while unloading the truck of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the owner of the truck and he has nothing to do with the seized material of 140 plastic carry bags. He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11119 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IInd Patna City in connection with Chowk Police Station Case No. 409 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
