2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

"That the instant quashing application is being filed, only behalf of the petitioner abovenamed, for quashing the order taking cognizance dated 23.05.2014 passed in G.R. Case No. 821/12 / 1963/13 (arising out of Goh P.S. Case No. 185/12), passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, whereunder and whereby, the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of offence(s) punishable under Section 341, 323, 504, 354/34 I.P.C. and under Section 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T. Act against the petitioner and other two persons."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8269 of 2015(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to move before the Court below by filing application at the appropriate stage.

4. Learned Special PP does not oppose.
