Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31210 of 2016 (18) dt.28-02-2018 2/3 28-02-2018 The records of Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2016 and Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2017 have been placed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on the basis of the mentioning slip filed in Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2017 by Nishant Kumar Sinha, Advocate.

Submission is that Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2017, relating to the regular bail of the petitioner Viccky Kumar, was dismissed vide order dated 31.07.2017 with certain observation by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2016, relating to pre-arrest bail of the petitioners Punam Devi alias Smt. Punam Devi and Shashi Ranjan Prasad Yadav, was placed before this Court and order no.15 dated 24.11.2017 was passed in Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2016 but, inadvertently, in the cause title of the aforesaid order no.15 dated 24.11.2017, in place of "Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2016", the same was typed as "Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2017" and the order no.15 dated 24.11.2017 was communicated to the trial court concerned in relation to Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2017 in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.90 of 2017 in Special Case No.45 of 2017 and the proceeding in the said case has been stopped. From perusal of the record of Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2016, it appears that on 24.11.2017, Criminal Misc. No.31210

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31210 of 2016 (18) dt.28-02-2018 3/3 of 2016 was put up before this Court and order no.15 dated 24.11.2017 was passed in Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2016 with a direction to put up this case on 03.01.2018, on the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners but, in the cause title of the aforesaid order no.15 dated 24.11.2017, "Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2017" in place of "Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2016" has, inadvertently, been typed.

Accordingly, in the cause title of the order no.15 dated 24.11.2017, "Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2017" be read as "Criminal Misc. No.31210 of 2016".

Let this order be communicated to the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.90 of 2017, corresponding to Special Case No.45 of 2017, for needful.
