JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 12.1.2018, seek bail in Raniganj PS Case No. 239 of 2003 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384 and 504/34 of the IPC.

It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for 12 long years while the case as fixed for evidence, so presently prayer for bail of the petitioner for such a long misuse is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial. The petitioners may renew the prayer for bail after six months.
