KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 283, 447, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 435, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that allegation against him is that he along with other accused persons abused and assaulted the students and burnt several four wheelers and two wheelers. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is a resident of Sitamarhi. He is neither a villager nor a driver of any ambulance. He is in no way involved in the alleged occurrence. He is in custody since 22.04.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29580 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case no. 281 of 2017 (G.R. no. 1635 of 2017).
