2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present application has been filed for early disposal of Title Partition Suit No. 183 of 2016 pending before the Sub-Judge-X, Patna.

4. This application is allowed with a direction to the Sub-Judge-X, Patna to decide and dispose of the suit within one year from the date of receipt/production of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. Sub-Judge-X, Patna, will proceed ex-parte against the non-cooperating party.

6. Sub-Judge-X, Patna Will not stay the further proceeding, if any interim order is challenged in the High Court, unless Stay order is granted by this Court.
