Petitioners apprehend arrest in Guraru Police Station Case No. 112 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 328, 201, 120b of the IPC. Prosecution's case in brief is that the daughter of the informant Munni Devi was married to one Sunil Pal seven years ago. Out of the wedlock, she had two sons and some dispute was going on for partition of the landed property in Sassural

Suddenly, on 18.8.2019 one Priyanshu Kumar @ Munna Pal called the informant and told that his daughter is seriously ill on which he rushed to the hospital where he came to know that his daughter has been assaulted and administered poison by these petitioners, leading to the death of his daughter and Nati. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is Bhaishur of the deceased, petitioner no.2 is his son and petitioner no.3 is his wife. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. Accused persons had informed the informant, thereafter he had also taken part in last rites and only with a view to harass the petitioners the instant false case has been lodged. There is no eye witness to the occurrence has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioners that they killed the informant's daughter and Nati by poisoning them and burnt the dead body to conceal the evidence. Witnesses have also supported the prosecution case.
