This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mahila Police Station Case No. 50 of 2021, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 448, 493, 504, 323, 312, 313, 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code an Section 4/6 of POCSO Act. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the boy and girl has got married. Considering the aforesaid fact, the application is allowed. The petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ 7th -cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act,
