JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate appeal, challenging the order dated 08.02.2018, passed by the District Magistrate, Khagaria, in Arms License Case No. 7 of 2018, whereby and whereunder, the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merits, without the Appellate Authority being

Patna High Court CWJC No.3950 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 impeded by the issue of limitation and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
