The court below has taken cognizance under order dated 23.8.2014.

It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that occurrence had taken place on 27.11.2013. However, informant had lodged case after four days delay taking help of legal opinion.

Whether case is true or false is to be considered during trial. No ground has been made out for invoking jurisdiction under section 482 Cr.P.C.
