The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 37.14 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 15.03.2018.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, East Champaran,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22818 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
