Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is placed at Sl.No. 125 and he has been posted as Assistant Teacher in Upgraded Middle School, Bhadari, Silao, Nalanda. The petitioner raised objection on his posting on the ground that his case has not been considered by the respondents for choice posting. A representation was filed on 2.8.2018 but the same has not been considered while publishing the final list of posting on 16.8.2018.
Patna High Court CWJC No.5799 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 In the matter of posting if the respondents have taken policy decision in terms of seniority-cum-choice then they shall take appropriate decision on the objection filed by the petitioner, if not already considered, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
