The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Town Model P.S. Case No. 1177 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner also confessed his guilt and co-accused Mundrika Rai also disclosed the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged theft of motorcycle but, nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 28.01.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21853 of 2017 (3) dt.22-06-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram Town Model P.S. Case No. 1177 of 2016.
