JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one co-accused Pintu Yadav was arrested and made his confessional statement before police disclosing the involvement of petitioner and others. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that aforesaid co-accused Pintu Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2995 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Case No. 154/2018.
