JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court having competent jurisdiction for grant of appropriate maintenance, over and above the maintenance already granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.9.2020, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in Misc. Case No. 160 of 2019. The petitioner also seeks liberty to agitatge her claim regarding grant of share in the retiral dues, which have been paid to her husband. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed of.
